TechIPm's partner, YD Park, is in charge of semiconductor technology and patent creation. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of R&D in Semiconductor Device Architecture. He is currently a CEO in Global Intellectual LLC, an IP creation company, Austin. Texas. Before joining GI, he held the position of Vice President, Samsung Advanced Technology Institute, Samsung Semiconductor R&D center in Hwasung, South Korea. In this role, he was responsible for developing the next generation semiconductor devices including 3D NAND flash memory, Vertical Transfer Gate Image sensor, 3D ToF sensor, micro optical spectrometer for mobile PoC biosensor, optical interconnect for DRAM interface.

He has published over 100 technical papers and holds over 140 US patents. He received his BS from Hanyang University and MS/Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from USC, Los Angeles USA. He has been with patent bar before USPTO 2003 (52,531). He is a member of AIPLA, Austin IPLA, Houston IPLA Member and senior member of IEEE Circuit and System Society.

TechIPm's partner, BuYon Jung, is in charge of patent prosecution for multi-national IPR. He is a patent attorney in S. Korea. He has extensive patent prosecution experiences in the field of computing & communications technologies, semiconductor devices, medical devices, and smartphone application softwares. He represented Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and Magnachip Semiconductor.

He earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Yonsei University and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University. He was a Samsung's mobile communications engineer. He is now an advisor of Korea Electronics Association and Korea IP Office.

TechIPm's advisor, Joseph J. Cote, Jr., is the managing director of Navy Yard IP, which is a patent strategy and monetization consulting company located in Boston, MA. Joe has been named to IAM Magazine’s Top 300 IP Strategist’s in the World since 2009. He has been working in the field of business strategy and technology commercialization for over 25 years. Some of his professional experiences are technology commercialization and patent licensing operations for GTE Laboratories and Rockwell Scientific, co-founder of IPValue Management Inc., VP of Arthur D. Little Enterprises (ADLE) and Managing Director of KPMG.

His educational background includes an MS in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS from the US Naval Academy. He is a frequent speaker on Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property, Business Strategy, Technology Commercialization, Corporate Venturing and Orphan Technologies. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard, MIT, Boston College, Suffolk University Law School, The Olin School of Engineering and the HULT International Business School. He is also listed in the Cambridge Who’s Who.

TechIPm's advisor, Roger G. Stewart, is the president of Sourland Mountain Associates LLC, which is a professional engineering and related intellectual property consulting company located in Hillsborough, NJ. Some of his professional experiences are VP of engineering at Applied Wireless ID, founder and CTO at Intelleflex Co., VP of engineering and CTO at Alien Technology, and laboratory director at Sarnoff Corporation.

He was elected in 1997 as a Fellow of the IEEE, has published 92 technical papers, and is the inventor of more than 100 patents. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and M.S. in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
